MAXTRAX may correct errors or inaccuracies and change or update information on this website at any time without notice, including in respect of prices and availability of items. All prices listed on this website are in Australian dollars and all charges will be processed in Australian dollars.

All prices listed on this website are subject to confirmation. MAXTRAX will notify you by email if the confirmed price of an item you have selected differs from the price listed on the website or on your purchase order.

MAXTRAX reserves the right to limit the quantities of certain items which you, your family, or any group can purchase. MAXTRAX will use commercially reasonable efforts to deliver items as quickly as possible and within any time periods indicated; however, MAXTRAX will not be responsible for any delays in delivery which are beyond its control. If goods are not available or there is a delay in delivery, MAXTRAX will notify its customers within 5 business days.


INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

We have numerous resellers around the world. However, if there is no reseller in your country/region, we can ship worldwide. For international enquiries, please include your daytime contact details and business hours delivery address.

International orders may require taxes or duties payable to local couriers before goods will be delivered. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure they respond to any requests regarding taxes/duties payable for their delivery and are available to receive delivery. Goods that cannot be delivered for any reason will be returned to MAXTRAX at the customer's expense.


SHIPPING POLICY

  • Warehouse Location
    All online orders are shipped from our warehouse at 47 Griffin Crescent, Brendale QLD 4500, Australia.

  • Delivery Method
    Delivery is via Australia Post or third-party courier. Some deliveries may require a signature on delivery. In certain regional areas, couriers may transfer deliveries to Australia Post for final distribution.

  • Australia Post Shipping Options

    • Parcel Post (Standard): Delivery in 2–7 business days within metropolitan areas and major regional centres. Longer delivery times may apply for remote or rural areas.

    • Express Post: Next-business-day delivery within the Express Post network. Outside of this network, Express Post remains the fastest postal option, with delivery times depending on location.

  • General Conditions

    • Shipping times may vary depending on your location.

    • Shipping address cannot be changed once order(s) have been dispatched.

    • Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped.

    • Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details (name, address, email, phone). Incorrect details may result in delivery issues and additional fees.

    • MAXTRAX is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, Australia Post, or factors outside our control.
